A 16-week course of study for professional pet sitters.  Sections cover dogs and cats but also birds, rabbits, and exotic pets, business practices, emergency preparedness and more.

This is a course offered by NAPPS to give  better information to pet owners and pet sitters about caring for older dogs.  It is based on the book, Good Old Dog by the Faculty of the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University

This is a course offered through NAPPS and is based on the book Starting from Scratch by Pam Johnson-Bennett.  It covers body language, setting up an optimal home environment, play therapy, breaking bad habits, litter box problems, scratching the furniture, fights, grooming and more.
